Guidelines for teamwork in
Odysseus rerun
The common theme and area of improvement for the Odysseus rerun is “sustainability”. We want the production to be fun and rewarding without anybody working themselves to the edge of burnout. There will be stressful and hectic times but even then the community should be supportive and respectful.
All team members are expected to follow these guidelines regardless of position in the production. Any team members who act against these agreed guidelines might be removed from the production.

Practical guidelines
- English is the official language of this project. The runs will all be international and in English and we aim to have an international team. All bigger meetings are in English and all material to be shared between teams and to players must be in English. Draft materials and smaller meetings can be in Finnish (or other languages).
- All materials need to exist in shared tools (Google Drive etc.) to be accessible to others. Materials in personal or limited spaces do not exist.
- Discord is the main communication channel. Update a recognizable name and your pronouns as your server name.
- Read and follow the general communication guidelines.
Code of conduct

- Respect the pronouns and names of everyone
- No harassment or bullying of any kind will be tolerated
- We strongly believe that diversity enriches our collaboration and our games. We do not accept any discrimination based on ethnicity, gender, or sexual identities.
- Respect others’ work and ideas. However, have an open mind and listen to others
- Respect decisions made by majority, core team, or team lead
- Assume the best of intentions behind others’ actions and words. Respect that people have different ways of working and interpreting situations and experiences
